Who is responsible

House of Lassgård LLC (formerly known as The 15 Goals Coffee Pledge LLC) operates www.alivewith.me and is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy covers this introductory website. Creator experiences and other services opened from it have additional features and privacy information of their own.

Information used to run the website

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information to deliver and protect the site. This includes information such as your IP address, browser, requested page, request time and response status. We use operational information to maintain availability, diagnose errors and prevent misuse.

You can browse and explore without creating an account. We do not require your name, email address or payment details to use Ask.

When you use Ask

Ask uses AI. When you send a question, our server sends the question and the current topic to OpenAI to generate an answer from approved information about ALIVE. We do not send your earlier conversation as a full chat history.

Please avoid entering sensitive information, passwords or private details about yourself or others. AI answers can contain mistakes. Contact us if you need confirmation of a product feature, commercial arrangement or other important information.

The application does not maintain a persistent conversation database. Your current exploration is held in page memory. We request that OpenAI does not retain the response as a stored conversation for later retrieval. This is not a promise of zero provider retention: OpenAI's standard abuse-monitoring records may include questions and answers and are normally retained for up to 30 days, with longer retention in specified legal or safety circumstances.

OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default; customer opt-in settings can change that. See OpenAI's data controls. We do not use Ask to make decisions about visitors that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Optional visitor statistics

With your permission, we load Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits. Statistics may include the page viewed, referring website, approximate location, device, browser and time of visit. Ask question text is not included in our analytics events. We remove query strings and fragments from the page URL reported by this integration.

Vercel describes Web Analytics as using aggregate statistics and a temporary hash derived from the request, without third-party cookies. Its visitor sessions are discarded after 24 hours; this is different from report retention. Read Vercel's explanation.

Statistics are off until you allow them. You can decline or withdraw your choice through Privacy settings. This does not affect Ask or Explore. Withdrawal stops future analytics events from this website, but does not remove already collected reports.

Contacting us

When you email us, we process your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and handle the matter you raise. Our email service provider processes correspondence to deliver and store it. Staff or advisers receive it only where needed for that enquiry or a related obligation.

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Other experiences and purchases

Rasmus's ALIVE and House of Lassgård can appear in an overlay. Opening an embedded experience connects your browser to that website even though the ALIVE page remains behind it. The other website can receive your IP address and browser information and may use its own media, analytics, cookies or browser storage.

Review the information and controls in that experience. The statistics setting on this website does not control analytics inside a separate embedded website. Closing the overlay unloads it, but does not erase information already sent or storage it created.

This introductory website does not process purchases or payment-card details. A merchant's terms and privacy information apply when you choose to use its store. Commercial relationships and affiliate links must be identified where an offer is presented.

Purposes and legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, our basis for necessary website operation and security is our legitimate interest in providing a reliable, secure service. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering product enquiries for Ask and general correspondence, taking account of the limited information requested and your ability to explore without submitting a question.

Visitor statistics rely on your consent. Remembering the privacy choice you request is necessary to honour that choice. If you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we process the information necessary for those steps on that basis. We may also retain or disclose information where a legal obligation requires it or where necessary to handle legal claims.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the address above.

Service providers and international processing

Recipients include Vercel for hosting and statistics, OpenAI for Ask, our email provider for correspondence, and professional advisers or authorities where needed for a legal obligation or claim.

House of Lassgård LLC is based in the United States. Our team and service providers may access or process information outside your country, including in the United States and Colombia. Applicable international-transfer requirements depend on the data and the parties involved.

OpenAI's published data-processing terms provide for standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy decision for relevant transfers. Our Vercel hosting is on the Pro plan, covered by Vercel's Data Processing Addendum. Its international-transfer provisions include standard contractual clauses where applicable. These arrangements apply to the processing they cover; separate services have their own arrangements. Retention

• Ask: the application does not save a persistent conversation history; provider abuse-monitoring retention is described above. The page's exploration state is discarded when the page is unloaded.
• Privacy choices: the browser record expires after 180 days and is replaced when you make a new choice. An expired record is not used as consent.
• Analytics: reports are available for the period included in the active Vercel plan. A report's availability in the dashboard is not a guarantee that every provider security record has been deleted.
• Hosting and security: Vercel's active service settings and security requirements determine provider retention. Records needed to investigate an incident or meet a legal requirement may be retained separately. We do not log Ask message content in our application code.
• Correspondence: we keep information while an enquiry and necessary follow-up remain open. Once resolved, we retain only information still needed for a continuing business relationship, a legal obligation or a specific claim; other enquiry information is to be deleted.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights have legal conditions and exceptions.

Email info@lassgard.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity and find the relevant records. We do not require identity documents as a default. Where GDPR applies, we normally respond within one month; if a permitted extension is necessary, we explain it within that period.

You can also complain to a competent data-protection authority. In Sweden, this is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY). You do not have to contact us first.

Updates

We update this policy when our practices change. Material changes to optional processing will be reflected in the relevant information and privacy choices before that processing begins.
